AT-1965 is the first drug to target CMTR2 in cancer cells and triggers a B cell-driven immune response against the tumor. In preclinical studies, the activation of B cells resulted in tumor regression and induced immune memory, preventing relapse. Currently ongoing clinical studies

A Phase 1/2 study to investigate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics and preliminary anti-tumor activity of AT-1965 in patients with advanced, refractory or recurrent solid tumors.

We are particularly interested in sarcoma, endometrial and vulvovaginal, and breast cancers.
